The Orlando Business Journal just posted an article stating that Florida is fourth for online job vacancies. Florida companies are more likely to advertise job postings online to reach prospective job applicants. There were over 255,000 job postings in March alone which is an increase of almost 13% increase over March last year. Most of the vacancies are concentrated on the major cities of Orlando, Tamp and Miami.

That is actually a great sign that the job outlook statewide seems to be positive. I think that unemployment is up somewhat what this is a sign of hope for some. The larger cities are still rapidly growing and they need to attract qualified people to fill the new positions. That should be a good sign for our current real estate market.
